Question - I have a small indie designs brand, more like a hobby, now learning proper business skills, and was considering ordering some designs to a producer yet my concern is what if someone else copies that and starts making similar designs (whether at the same factory or somewhere else). How can you protect your designs? Of course same ideas can come to a few people… I live in Canada, not sure if there is a difference depending where you live. I assume there is.
