The Best Activewear of 2024!

2024 was an exciting year for activewear! My collaboration with Buffbunny was a highlight, bringing some of my ideas and favorite designs to life. We saw trends like shapewear leggings, balletcore, Pilates princess attire, baby tees, twisted-front sports bras, and more. In this video, I share my favorite activewear pieces of the year, predict trends for 2025, and critique some of the common issues brands faced this year.

i love that you don't sugar coat or BS anything even with brands you work with, i feel like a great testament to your honesty and transparency is how you're still critical of things in your own buffbunny collection where i feel like most other folks i see will take more of a "it's mine so of course it's perfect" opinion. i'm a little bummed that i put in my first paragon order the other day before i was able to see this - i hope for my sake my standards are lower than yours 😅

I totally agree that Ptula needs to ditch the tacky logos, graphics and sayings on their stuff. It makes the stuff look cheap and immature.

As a girl with a short torso, I’m so happy to finally see midrise stuff. I’d try leggings like the put ups sierra and the rise was 1-2 inches below my bust and it made me look horrible. High rise is not flattering on my at all. I hope to see midrise running shorts, biker shorts, and more leggings.
I think it would be a great idea if you could pick rise how you can pick your inseam length! Love being able to choose what length works for my inseam, but no matter what I pick, the leggings would be to high rise so it didn’t even matter I couldn’t wear them regardless. I’d probably cry if I can click “midrise” then “regular” inseam and have it actually fit me and flatter me.

I ❤ Oner active. As a European, when I order from alphalete or Buffbunny I get stuck with ~50% of my order price in taxes and customs that I have to pay on my doorstep, in exact cash, with no notice so I can get the cash ready 😅 it’s the worst!

I know companies can’t control taxes but there are plenty of US brands who allow you to prepay taxes, pay taxes for you (nvgtn) or have a European warehouse (Oner)! It makes SUCH a difference for customer experience ❤

that syrokan bra is great, definitely my favorite of the year too! Syrokan is also the same company/ distributor as crz yoga so if you want a matching set the colors match between the brands! I got a green sports bra from Syrokan and the same color name in green leggings from crz and they match perfectly!!!

Yesss I’m excited to hopefully see more slightly below waist or hip length tops! I feel like only Oner Active has this length down to a science but I hope other brands catch up. I want a 1” overlap with my legging waistband! Cute for short girlies but still good coverage!

Already this year is going better for Buffbunny. I was so incredibly disappointed with them last year. First launch, just got my order, updated Rosa bra and legacy leggings and I love them. New bodysuit, amazing. Supportive. Great coverage. Can actually work out in them and move around without worrying. Hope the trend continues.

Alphalete did not have a great year but I loved the trek pants. Crz yoga always has my favorite fleece lined leggings. Bb Colorado line.

I’ve noticed the inconsistency with paragons fabrics too like I have the same fabric and style leggings and in the same size but in different colors and one is more form fitting.
