Very interesting blog. I can feel the cold just watching and it brings good memories from a childhood spent in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada during a particularly cold part of the Prairie weather pattern. I understand the allure of the barren cold and the Arctic winter winds.

I find your way of life fascinating. Your daughter is so cute, toddling along. I love the sweaters you design and make. I made an Icelandic jumper in the 80s and recently found the pattern.
