Galaxy Tab S6 Honest Review - Only one issue..

Samsung's Galaxy Tab S6 is an excellent tablet, but there's just one issue..

The Galaxy Tab S6 is a great tablet and it packs a lot of value, including the S-Pen and coming with 128GB of storage.

It features a keyboard that comes with a trackpad and full cursor support, so it can actually do quite well at replacing your laptop!

It's packing some pretty impressive performance with it's snapdragon 855 processor, and it can definitely compete with the 2018 iPad Pro.

With trackpad turned on, I always get some weird short cut key combinations triggered while I'm typing. However, turning off Galaxy Tab S6's trackpad is easy.

I'm about to review the Tab S6, and already did a little walkthrough. What I can say is, the Tab S6 has a lot more storage than the iPad Pro, comes with the s-pen. The Galaxy Tab S6 is far more customizable than the iPad. Honestly most apps work for Android just fine. And while the iPad has slightly more optimized apps, the Samsung has two operating systems in one package. Having Android and Samsung DeX is huge. Also, Your average user won't notice the difference between a fully optimized tablet app and a stretched phone app. When your device is this good, it isn't a significant difference. With that being said, you may notice in certain apps some minor things that should be fixed. When I open the ebay app in landscape mode, when I go into messages, it instantly switches to portrait because it doesn't support landscape mode. So for me I just open ebay in my web browser. When I am using DeX for multitasking, it is not a big deal to pull up ebay in a browser.


In my opinion, this stacks up pretty closely with the iPad Pro. The fingerprint sensor does need some improvement, but I expect that in a software update.

I love that everyone I see using that keyboard is attempting to type on it two handed. When I found out this was coming out I went and checked the keyboard on the Tab S4 and it only had about an inch on the span between my thumb and pinky finger side to side.
So why would I use both hands when clearly that keyboard is intended for those of us who want to get more done with less energy wasted. First thing I am going to do when my keyboard arrives this week is reprogram myself to master that keyboard with one hand. I think being to type one handed well laying on my massage table could be rather handy personally.

I’d love to see a versus video between the Galaxy tab S6, Surface Pro X, Matepad pro 5g, and the IPad Pro 11in all equipped with their largest software and best keyboard attachment. Also in my opinion a “pro” tablet should come with a system on a chip that’s more powerful than what you’d see on a flagship smartphone.
