Criminal Justice Reform
◦Pass new laws to clear all obscurities in the current penal code.
◦Reform the current penal system to deter repeat criminal offenders.
◦Create new laws to hold law enforcement officers accountable for their actions.
◦Give criminals a chance to prove their innocence and get rid of the current unconstitutional lack of due process San Andreas have through establishing district criminal and civil courts in each county in the state.

Civil Rights
◦Legalize every weapon in San Andreas.
◦Create laws to deter firearms from being used for non-self defense purposes.
◦A Day 1 executive order to enforce all of San Andreas counties to distribute firearm licenses.

Salary Increase for Law Enforcement Agencies
◦Work with the treasury department to budget salary increases for the underpaid law enforcement officers across the state.

Job Creation
◦Ratify a new state-wide department: Department of Commerce.
◦Work with the treasury department to budget a state commercial bank under the Department of Commerce.
◦Pass a tax law that grants a temporary exemption to new businesses from business taxes.

Taxes
◦Pass a tax law that cuts taxes for everyone across all economic classes (poor and rich).
◦Incorporate a business tax within a new tax law for fair share of currency.
