To be fair to these guys the R is almost never used as a standalone sign and the UK has fewer than 10 minimum speed limits

For those saying that these signs do not even exist in the UK: read the official Highway In the 2022 edition, you find these exact 2 signs on pages 125 respectively 129. These have been in every single Highway Code, how on Earth you've passed your driving and theory test without knowing the signs?!?!?!?!

The first sign does not exist.
Circular signs give you an order. Circle=O for order. A blue one tells you that you *must do* something. It would *never* have a red line through it.
