Considering the effort required to edit the film to remove the Cristo Rei statue, one wonders why it was so important to Porsche to do this. The issue is so sensitive to Porsche that the company won't even identify the specific "landmark" they removed. So which landmark are you referring to, Porsche? Go ahead. You can say it. It won't kill you.

I, being of Portuguese descent, was rather taken aback at such blatant discrimination of the Christian faith. I totally agree with some of the others below, had it been the removal of an icon from another prominent religion, the Porsche brand would have been "crucified"!

Hi Guys. I just want to let you know I am extremely disappointed about Porsche AG airbrushing out the statue of JESUS from your 911 ST ad (60 years of the 911) in Portugal. I have been a Porsche brand ambassador for a long time here in Australia, was president of the PCWA for 4 years and VP for one and currently VP of Porsche owners WA. Why would you intentionally remove a statue of Jesus for one of your ad's? It beggars belief! This is very very disappointing however thankyou for putting it back!

Would really like to know why the Christ statue was erased from the original video version. If you want to shoot in Lisboa, perfect, and you are welcome, but respect all of it! And you didn´t. Erasing the statue was Porsche´s will, no matter who edited it, and now posted a new video with it after the complaints. You decided to digitaly remove it. Why?
