Not the silver, This one is located on the Hoverboard course. On the inside of the second turn is a ramp that leads to an upper area. Keep on this upper path and you'll find the Gold Bolt inside a boost ring just around turn three.

I have a question about the holocards - I have to gather 9 of them to get the weapon but in order to get several of them, I have to visit the other planets - ones I can go to only after I have already visited Rilgar. But I can't go to those next planets before getting the weapon - and to get the weapon, I have to get the holocards I can find only on those other planets :( I can't get out of Rilgar before getting the weapon. So what should I do, how can I get the holocards? Any help? :) Any piece of advice from anyone? :)
