The children are old enough to know the mother was doing something wrong. They may not know what the consequences
are or why she is in handcuffs or Police custody but I'm sure they knew something wasn't right when the mother sneaked
them in the park when everyone else is standing in line. Don't underestimate children. They are very aware and perceptive

Was there on Friday. I saw another person put an older child in a stroller and pushed him thru. Saw another gal walk out of Plaza with a plate of chicken not paid. Just crazy and disappointing. With so many people, it's hard I am sure. Oh my.
