"Which JavaScript Library is the fastest" is a topic which is important for application builders & developers in the scientific, medical, financial, industrial, defence, energy, semiconductor or aerospace sectors. Companies which are building applications that need to visualise millions of datapoints, stream real-time data from server or chart / plot scientific data from sensors, IoT devices or networks are pushing the boundaries of JavaScript and require a chart library which is able to meet demanding performance needs, as well as being feature-rich and flexible.

We have not adjusted or manipulated the test-bed code in any way. We have adjusted only one parameter in the static drawing test, which is the number of data-points per series, aiming for a total of 10 series x 10,000,000 (ten million) data points each, for a total of 100,000,000 (one hundred million) datapoints line chart draw in the browser.

The test case hardware was a Razor Blade laptop, with Intel I7 12800H processor, 32GB RAM and nVidia 3080 ti (laptop) GPU.
