A suspect was arrested in Youngtown after he allegedly handcuffed and searched a man while impersonating a police officer.

This arrest may have saved his life. 19 firefighters were were caught in the fast moving wildfire that he was on his way to work on. He may very well have been one of the victims had he not been arrested that day.
