I was thinking the same thing when you said you drink hot chocolate year round!! Love the sugar cookie. It's so pretty 😍 I don't think they've sent soap before? It's so cute. You must have plenty to space to store all those beautiful mugs you receive. Did you like the other book he authored that you read? Never heard of him.

I recently dnf'ed that book. It is incredibly well written and it's lush and dense and beautiful. However, content warning, it is full of... Well, let's just say that most of the women... and girls... have no agency in what happens to them. It romanticize men taking who they want, when they want. The few women who are given autonomy are painted as cold and cruel and men who respect a women's decision are seen as weak (and die a sad weak death instead of a manly macho death). In fairness, I only made it halfway through so maybe the message changes in the back half?
