Based on those timelines, I would be second wave, but truth be told, I'm not sure the twin flame label is entirely right for me. I've come to accept that this other person may not be what I desire in a partner. It's been so long, and I've been exposed to such disrespectful, inconsiderate behavior that I doubt we are even compatible anymore. I wish him well, but I'm in a place now where I have detached and would prefer someone who is more stable and confident. This man is possibly bi polar, drinks heavily, and has massive insecurities, which cause his out of control behavior. I also believe he has an avoidant attachment, and that makes me very wary of trusting him in a long-term relationship, IF he could even get to that point.
