I got a moonshine leaf prop from someone online and it's made a normal looking baby just like in your video ! Mama leaf looks nothing like the baby plant

Thanks for showing these. Try looking for pale green clones like Grey Lady or Black Coral(dark green trifasciata clone). if you leaf propagate them you might learn something cool.

Leaf propagations of S. t. 'Bantel's Sensation' will give you S. t. 'Longitudinal Stripe'. Compare it to nominal green S. trifasciata, it is different.
