You & Me - Ladybug and Cat Noir Amv (Miraculous seasons 1-5 Tribute) James TW

I just want them to be happy together - is that too much to ask?? 😫😭😅😥😆🙈 (But they will be, eventually...it's only a matter of time 😏😌😉 Even if I have to mentally rewrite everything myself 😜😂😁)
(Also if you haven't seen Puss in Boots the Last Wish it is absolutely beautiful, as well as funny, adventurous, heartwarming, and one of my favorite movies of all time - highly HIGHLY recommend. 😉😁)
That's actually the main reason I wanted to make this video: to make a hopeful comfort video that you can come back to when you need an extra reason to be happy and something to make you smile. 🥰💞
For all who’ve seen the London Special and just the finale in general (and most of season five but I digress 😏) Miraculous has been far from a comfort show lately and while I like a good emotional story, I wanted a reminder of why I like this show in the first place and a reminder/hope that things can get better.
They are made for each other, and as long as it’s the two of them they’ll make it through anything. 😉💞🐞🐾
I’ll admit it, I’m super attached to cartoons/movies, and fictional characters. 😏😍😫😅
There’s something so satisfying in watching them go through these journey’s and knowing they’ll make it out okay.
I love how relatable they can be, and I appreciate when they go through hard times, but that just makes the good times seem all the more well-earned and precious.
Aside from the Bible, movies and cartoons have had one of the biggest impacts on my life, and whenever I’m feeling sad or in need of an emotional boost, I tend to turn to stories to make me feel better.
So you can imagine how terrible it is when something that’s supposed to bring you happiness turns into a chaotic trainwreck of angst and inner turmoil. 😱😰🤯😝😩😫😭😭😂🙈😆😥
I guess that’s the point I’m trying to get to.
Don’t put your happiness in something that can change or be lost. 💫
What do you turn to when you’re feeling empty or down? What do you put your trust in?
Shows are great, and scrolling through social media can be fun, but often no matter what we turn to it never truly takes away our pain, only dulls it, and we try to stuff it down and ignore it until it pops back up again.
One of my biggest struggles is my health. No matter how hard I try to move past them and feel “normal” something flares up and makes everything seem so much harder.
Obviously a large factor is it’s physically painful and unpleasant, but there’s a big emotional part too, and it’s easier to doubt myself and wallow in the brokenness and frustration of my situation. But something I’ve been learning lately is that there is so much freedom and relief that comes from choosing to hold on to happiness, and true joy is something no illness or circumstance can ever take away from you. 💕
I love the theme of “you and me” and “us against the world” - there’s something so comforting and empowering in knowing that you don’t have to face things alone.
True joy is knowing someone will always be with you. No matter what happens they’re on your side, and you can trust them to see past your flaws and love you for who you are.
A few days ago, I had a pretty bad panic attack (in public 😬😝) but thankfully my friend was there with me and despite all the crazy symptoms I was experiencing she took it all in stride, helped me calm down, drove me home, and even though physically I was feeling tremendous pressure and fear, she made me feel cared for and safe. 💜
I’m so grateful to all my friends who check in on me and encourage me, but even the best of friends can’t be there for you all the time, it’s impossible, which is why I would go farther to say true joy is found in knowing and being known by God.
He is a friend who will never leave you or forsake you, and he loves you more than you could ever know. 💞
It made a huge difference to have my friend supporting me during this incident, but when my friend went home and I was alone in the dark of the night, Jesus was there.
A verse that comes to mind is: “Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, Trust also in me.” (John 14:1)
(Well no surprise I'm running out of room again, so please feel free to check the pinned comment 😉💕)
