Your tutorial must become the examples to learn from for everyone else. No unnecessary bullsh*ting, no cringy jokes or other types of clownary. Instead, perfect short explanations of each step that furthermore comes with visual examples.

If you beat heck out of the egg whites, especially if an agent like cream of tartar is added, then that will probably make the white cake taller.

Interesting. I especially liked hearing the way that the different egg parts would affect the cake texture and seeing the cross-section to get a better idea of the air distribution. This is very good to know
