I do the update on internet it restarts console but just takes my back to safe mode 🤷‍♂️

I was playing a game, then the screen froze, I tried everything and had to turn off the system, now the system wont turn on. I pres the touch button on it to get it to start, it say rebuilding database, then restarts, gives me the playstation logo, then the screen goes black and the bar on the ps4 slowly blinks blue and after about 20 minutes it shuts off, I tried every option in safe mode. No change. I dont have a computer or a usb stick.. how do I fix this?
