Using the results from a typical RNA-Seq experiment, how could one conduct a hierarchical clustering analysis on the column and the row of the data? How could we use an external data source such as a CSV file prepared in Microsoft Excel? without any knowledge in R or Rstudio, is it possible to complete the plot within an hour? Hi, thank you very much for the excellent explanation of the heatmap by R. I am new to R and was struggling to prepare the heatmap, it will be really helpful. Your explanation to remove the first column, scaling and clustering were really great. I wish you make more videos, keeping the beginners in mind.

Thanx a lot, sir, you are the real teacher for R programming as compared to others who have good R knowledge in computation biology but unable to explain in a tranparent manner.

Thank you so much for this! This is a blessing for beginners. I went through many videos on heatmaps in R, but none were as detailed and easy to grasp as this one!

I used your script to generate heatmaps that look great. But it has no option to add gene names. Do you have script to add gene names to the existing heatmap?

I would really appreciate your help. Many thanks in advance!

Thanks for the very detailed explanation of the step-by-step changes you make in the database on the way to developing the heat map. Is the r-script posted anywhere on your website, so I could avoid errors, except for those I introduce editing to fit my database specifics?

I want to visualize my data by OmicCircos. But when I try to install it into r studio, the result said the package is not available . But it is an r package. So what is the reason behind this? And how can I access this package in r studio?
