Crimea voted to move back to Russia - without any big violence, yet the USA says it did. Crimea left in order to leave the violence from the Ukraine Mafia and NeoNazees. And it was the best thing that happened for Crimea. So ya, the USA does end up focusing on violence - constantly.

The Federal Government long ago breached the constitutional contract it made with the states. So, it would seem to me that the contract is no longer binding, which in that case, the states can just walk away.

Secession is only an issue because we the people made the mistake of allowing for the concentration of power in Washington, in direct contravention of the U.S. Constitution. Follow the Constitution, restore the power to the states and local governments, and there will be no need for secession...

Thank you Judge for this topic, as a resident of Texas, succession is a major topic. I am hoping that the States Legislation will allow this topic to be
approved as a ballot measure on an upcoming elections. I believe that fellow Texans will consider this path as a means to true sovereignty.

The State of Texas should protect its citizens from the federal government -- A first step to distance itself from federal over reach could be to establish a Texas State Federal Tax Collection Office, whereby Texas Citizens could voluntarily send in their traditional federal income taxes, not to the federal government directly, but instead, to the State of Texas -- the cost of operating this new office would be taken from the collected monies and the State could then judge what portion of the remaining funds is deserved by the federal government

I would wait until the federal government is at war with China and Russia, make sure they are fighting wars on 2-3 fronts, and THEN I would not really secede, since the federal government is in breach of contract, I would simply sieze all federal proerty in the state, and declare independece because of breach of federal government to fulfill their contractual obligations; which contract being the US Constitution. It would be Molon Labe time.

I would actually like to see the United States stay intact; but perhaps, efforts at succession might wake up enough people to the need to have a union that protects all the citizens and respects the Constitution and respects life.

A union that does not include a fourth branch– namely the military industrial intelligence financial complex which basically runs this country as a fascist oligarchy corporatacracy .

We need a government restructuring - we don't need "heir homeland security" And we generally don't need 99% of the alphabet agencies which have sprung up like invasive noxious weeds wasting tax money and reducing liberty generally.

We have a tough task ahead which will take courage; true leadership; and prayer.

This is very interesting because I have been wondering what will happen when the Federal government declares bankruptcy. Reading The Creature From Jekyll Island has given me a new understanding of the power of bankers and money. Everyone keeps talking about digital money, but seems to me the digital money will be as worthless as the paper dollar. Every state will be free from the Federal government, because once the government is broke, it's pretty much powerless. I feel much better knowing that the states can easily survive and create wealth and make treaties for mutual protection, which the Federal government today no longer provides.
