Good review, fair and honest. I am bummed they don.t come in my size (14) or I would get a pair. For now I am sticking with my protocol. For shorter races (S Print and Super) will run in my Altra Lone Peak 4.0. For Beast and Ultra Beast I will run in Altra Lone Peak 4.o mid-calf version that you showed here. For the longer distances I tend to do a little bit more power hiking and the boot comes in handy. The new Spartan Shoes are a great improvement, I've seen them at races and they got it right this time. Since you are Social Media Influence rs get them to sell them in bigger sizes. They'll listen to you guys cause you have fun and train hard!!

I wore these with a thicker sock and had some stability issues. I tried a thin sock and tightened up the shoe and i was good to go

Hi Mack and Damer, thank you for all your videos I absolutely love them (I wish you would come to the UK as I would love to find you at a race!)
I was wondering how Damer found these after using them for longer runs? I am using the salomon speedcross 4s which provide a lot of grip and protection from rocks which is great, but they are so heavy and retain water so I am considering these as an alternative. Do you find that these are more of a light weight shoe?

well shoe there is built for the sport is apparently only for the small people with small feet... so no big foot size 15 shoes for me
