I wish that they would have touched on alternatives to glass and corks for packaging. Boxes, bags, even screw caps would address the glass shortage, shipping costs, and sustainability. A slide or two on the perceived value by customers and producers, cost differential, and market growth would have demonstrated a more comprehensive understanding of the state of the wine industry.
