Form 18 cm / 7 inches and parchment paper.
Store Vegan Plum Pie in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, put the dessert in the freezer.

1.5 cups (180g / 6.3oz) whole wheat flour
2/3 cup (70g / 2.5oz) almond flour
1/2 cup (120g / 4.2oz) water
2 tablespoons (30g / 1.1oz) coconut sugar
2 teaspoons (10g / 0.4oz) baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup (60g / 2.1oz) refined sunflower oil
200g / 7oz peeled bananas
2 cups (300g / 10.6oz) plums in pieces (10 pieces medium size)

Per 100g: Calories 200 kcal, Proteins 4.56g, Fats 10.61g, Carbs 21.80g
