Interestingly, the last time New Zealand played in a World Cup, they finished as the only unbeaten team. That was in South Africa 2010. They drew all their group games against debutante Slovakia, then Defending Champions Italy and Paraguay respectively.

I think FIFA should replace NZ to AFC and put some weak Asian teams, like Guam, Brunei, Timor Leste etc in Oceania confederation, cuz anyway they have no chance to qualify even in second rounds in AFC and they close to Oceania geographically. At least OFC will be more interesting than now.
