Doing an RP with a friend. One of my characters, Winston, was hanging out with friends at a restaurant when he got really ill. Then, suddenly, out of nowhere, this happened.

Imagine being one of those friends, and you're in a group of folks that you know, witnessing one of the group suddenly transforming like this. How would you respond? Would there be a sort of group consensus as to how to deal with this? Would it be set aside as a strange happenstance and everyone collaborates to understand how and why this happened in hopes that they can help their friend through this strange circumstance? Or does it get chaotic as folks suddenly start showing their true colors and the entire group dynamic that holds itself together comes crashing down?

Makes one think a little. Or, you don't think at all; you just figure you'd all go "aww so cute!" and your friend becomes the center of any and all hugs.

In this RP, though, the majority of his friends are Pokemon already; he's effectively just joined the crew in mind as well as body, so naturally, nothing really happened as a result. Except that someone had to carry him out because he couldn't right-away figure out hind paws.
