Gotta disagree with reason one. I have hoodies from 2013 that are vinyl printed and they still aren’t peeling.
I’ve been printing HTV for around 6 years and I can tell you peeling is only an issue if you use cheap vinyl, heat presses that don’t heat evenly, and/or not using the vinyl manufacture’s recommended settings and methods.

i would have to disagree about reason #1 made about HTV. Never have i had a HTV application peel off after 3-5 washes or even 15 washes. That issue of HTV peeling is more of user error than a defective material.

You are being miss leading on the maintenance. DTG has the HIGHEST Equipment Cost & HIGHEST maintenance cost. $30k for a DTG printer + $4k for a Pretreat machine + $800 in Bulk Ink.

DTG Definitely has the best versatility, but by Far not the Cheapest or Low Baring Cost.
