As an owner of one too, maintenance first (you can change spark plugs to OEM GTR spark plugs cuz they fit), then everything else depends on situation.

If you don't wanna get a tune, then just get a good quality resonated catback, 2.5" cold air intakes, DWS06+ tires if you wanna keep stock wheels or sway bars/coilovers/wheels/DWS06+ tires for those size wheels so it doesn't look goofy either wheels and stock height or lowered but stock wheels, front strut tower brace

If you're ok with getting a tune, then go catback, HFCs, 3" intakes, shorty headers (optional), ported upper and lower intake plenum (optional), 340LPH fuel pump, 650cc injectors, and get a tune that ties it all together cuz that gets you running E85 too. Then get all the suspension/visual stuff I mentioned above as well

I currently have Z1 catback, ISR HFCs, Cusco front strut tower brace, Z1 level 1 tune, OEM GTR spark plugs and DWS06+ tires on stock wheels but soon I'm getting the Z1 ported upper and lower manifold, Z1 3" CAI, Aeromotive 340LPH FP, AdminTuning 650cc injectors, Z1 High-energy ignition coil packs, and a Z1 level 2 tune

You want the G to last, spend a little extra on better quality parts that will not harm the longevity of the engine or any moving components on the car. Don't cheap out on stuff because "oh I can spit flames with that" or "oh I can save $1000 on an exhaust". Just don't. If it seems too good to be true, that's because it most likely is

Just got a 09 g37x, replace engine mounts with aftermarket ones first of all my dude, in fact I’d do all the mounts for everything on the power train

Paddle shifters (they're plug and play just need the paddles and lower trim from a car with paddles which you can get online for around $100) only took me about an hour to install

Something to the engine. Do NOT buy expensive rims or an exhaust first or you’re just another one of those Honda boys. Get new rims when your tires won’t hook in 1st at all. Intake, throttle body, headers, exhaust, rims and tires. Bitchen.
