If your business is entirely web based and requires no special equipment or anything do we have to register it with our state? I've never done it. They didn't see me as a conventional business. They just saw me as "self employed".

I live in Lebanon idk if there's a way to sell internationally.
Paypal and etsy stopped at 2019 cz we have a financial crisis.
I create paintings and clay stuff.
Selling only inside lebanon is not enough i hope someone has ideas
