European nations are taking steps to slowly open up after weeks of COVID-19 lockdown. Germany has allowed smaller shops to reopen, in what's been called a "cautious first step". Meanwhile, Norway is reopening preschools, with experts saying children are less likely to get the coronavirus. Meanwhile, France, which is hoping to ease its lockdown in May, said it is likely to require commuters to wear face masks on public transport. Professor Dale Fisher, an infectious disease expert, explained the steps needed for countries to come out of lockdown.

Note that Germany brought the figures down with virtually no mask wearing. Until now, there are only about 10 % who wear one. Only now, in the light of the restrictions lifted, wearing one is being discussed.
Note also the Germany's high number of recovered people, 145000 cases in total, and 91000 recovered. 4500 fatalities, and their average age is 81 years old. Only South Korea did similar well.
Taiwan did also very well, but more in terms of almost complete prevention. They know the comrades from the mainland best.

An unwise decision.. European should brace for the rising of new clusters and second wave of the pandemic.Japanese and Singapore has learned the lessons in two different measures. Now the world should look to New Zealand and Malaysia on how these countries battling the outbreak perfectly.
