Alfa Romeo Giulia Ti Fiammenghi Valved Exhaust

Quick compilation of clips of my 2018 Giulia with the Fiammenghi valved exhaust. I have just the axleback muffler so the front pipe and cat are all stock. It comes with two remotes to control the valve.

Overall I love the sound! Valve open it sounds nice and throaty. With the valve closed, it is only slightly louder than stock.

Driving with the valve open it sounds mean, but not obnoxiously loud. When driven in normal traffic I don’t really notice any drone, and the car is insulated well so you can still hold a reasonable conversation. Really happy with it overall as I wanted the car to be louder but still refined and not obnoxious. Now in my opinion it sounds as good as it looks.

Driving with the valve closed is nearly identical to stock, with just a bit more bass frequency. Under heavy acceleration you can hear a pronounced whooshing from the muffler. But that is only when you’re wide open and the turbo is making full boost.

Thanks so much for taking the time to make this vid. This sounds like the perfect option for the Giulia. Where did you purchase it from and do you remember what you paid the muffler. I saw a comment from Alfissimo and went on their site but it wasn't list. Thanks!

I never heard of this exhaust. It sounds good! I thought the remus catback was the best until now. 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾

I been looking for exhausts for my car for so long but all of them seemed too loud or they lost the "class" of the car but the ability to open and close the valve seems like the perfect medium! Great video too!

Well done for the video! You just helped us to have an idea how this exhaust sounds! I am thinking of buying this, I was ready to get the ragazzon with valves, but it is way too expensive and I am not sure if it is worthy or not! Is there an option of installing a non-resonated mid pipe as well? Since I will remap the ecu, those guys require to replace the whole exhaust after downpipe, so I have to replace to mid pipe as well.

Does the air flutter sound at higher rpm shifts go away when the valve is open? Almost all of the exhaust options i look at have this flutter sound when shifting hard

Hi, so you only have final part, and mid pipe is original, and original cats?
