How many years of updates have your watches? I can't find this info

Garmin watches have two problems. First, the clunky charging cable. The connector has 4 pins which can easily be pushed back in and lose contacts. They should have replaced it with cordless charger like Samsung or Apple Watches. Second, the display stops responding.

I’m not impressed with Garmin. Spoke to a tech for my Marine electronics 10 days ago.
They were supposed to send me parts and would arrive in two business days.
They’re still not here.
I called into their tech-support. They say my wait time would be 20 to 25 minutes, and that was nine days ago.
The local Garmin service centre doesn’t know how to program the units and tells me to call tech-support which I do and they don’t get back to me.
Go buy a Timex
