i want to monitor internet links, if any links goes down zabbix should get a alert .please help me on this...how to configure

thanks for the video, I part 1 as it is, but I have a problem when entering zabbix, I get a notice in red that says " Zabbix server is not running, the information displayed May not be current", that message will you too came at the end of part 1 of another video, and now to put part 2 ( this video), you 'll no longer appears that announcement, that 's what you did to make it work ??
