They have both also become major celebrities for their lifestyles, their bizarre personalities and their tendencies to jump head first into controversy. With lives that often parallel each other’s, the question has to be asked. Which one is the ultimate billionaire?

While making billions upon billions of dollars, the two have also acquired some of the finest houses, cars and crazy acquisitions money can buy. Just wait until you see Elon’s Tesla ring or the giant clock Jeff Bezos bought that will outlive all of us…for some reason…

The two have also reignited the space race. While the original space race was between two global superpowers, this one is between two science fiction obsessed rich men. Bezos wants to return to the moon for the first time in decades. Musk, on the other hand, is obsessed with not only putting humans on Mars but starting a colony there.

The difference between the two is Bezos has been disengaging from Amazon to pursue his billionaire lifestyle. Musk is still focused on Tesla and Space-X so doesn't have the time for mansion hopping and superyachting. Bezos is also seven years older than Musk, so it makes sense that he is enjoying his "retirement".

Honestly, I see the best billionaire as the person who doesn't flash their money by buying very expensive houses and cars. I can respect those people like Elon for putting most of his money towards things that he needs or to his companies.
