First of all, Russ is a top 10 PG all time. Also, Zeke is at worst a top 4 PG (imo 3) all time. That being said, Zeke could never win a scoring title like Russ did, twice in his career.

Lastly, winning bias doesn't exist. Winning will always matter in all time ranking. If Jordan never won a ring, he wouldn't be remotely in the GOAT convo; if LeBron didn't win in 16 and 20, he wouldn't be in the GOAT convo. Winning will always matter.
