After a round of testing prints and developing several plugins and scripts to make import/export easier to Sintratec Central, I finally printed a large combinations STL's. It worked seamlessly. I'm thoroughly impressed with the quality and precision on these prints, and I'm going to try deeper bed configurations in the future.

Overall, this video details the work going into separating the 40-some STL files I nested together in a 9cm x 9cm x 3cm space. With my custom MEL nesting and reorienting scripts, I was able to bypass the Sintratec Central nesting utility and get substantially more geometry in a tiny volume. Lotsa fun.
