Can a corporation enter into partnership? NO po ba Sir? Nalilito lang po ako, kasi po sa Sec 35 po ng Revised, isa po sa corporate capacity and powers enumerated ay "To enter into a prtnership, joint venture, merger etc...."

Sana po gawan niyo din po yung articles of incorporation. Pano po mag compute kapag may preferred shares tapos no par value shares. Di po kasi naturo ng prof namin eh nag bigay lang po ng activities kaya po medyo hirap po.
