Is Kenwood or Icom going to make a D Star repeater that can be competitive price wise against Yaesu's Fusion?

I've been wondering if Icom would introduce an ID-5100 successor, since it's been on the market for roughtly 10 years. Perhaps this will fill that gap, assuming this Kenwood offers D-STAR.
