rsmb is reel smart motion blur. ae has it but vs dosent. it just makes your edit look more smoother and it blends in to other transitions to make your edit smooth

you could also use pro blur over motion blur when making your edit :)

For my rsmb I just use the filter focus on videostar bc I don’t have multi layer and I’m lazy😂😂😂

Actually another way is when u use 15 FPS and then go to re effect and tap the running man thingy and then choose blur and make the intensity lower than 50% and then press quick fx and after that u have to go to multi layer and choose layer one as ur original edit and layer two as the 15 FPS blur one and then all u have to do is use blend bag on layer one (don’t change the type of blend leave it as the default) and change the opacity to 50%. Well this is an alternative so don’t hate plz.

I got multi layer clip today
