Saw him in Vegas last year for mine and my wife’s anniversary. He opened with this song. Marcus king was his head liner. One of the best concerts I’ve been too. Great performance by Cody and his band

I caught this song on the radio last week and finally got around to looking it up here on youtube. I'm not a big fan of vampire stuff, but really like how this is done. It reminds me of stuff like Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter, which is more in line with the types of vampire movies I do like. The song itself is really cool, too. There's something about a good revenge song that really feels like a nice departure from the more typical trend of love songs. Not that I don't like a good love song (I've got a whole folder dedicated to them in my MP3 player). But now and then, we just need a good song like this for variety and those times when we're not feeling like a happier song, or a sad slow song. I'm definitely looking up the album, and will advise friends to do so also.
