Be careful if you over tighten you can rip the studs off the housing. As you said another tip is take tape and run it over the top of the light housing. Also replace the nut you lost.

I have the spec D's in gloss black and red centers and still no leaks on mine as well I even wash my car almost everyday

During the day does it look kinda weird illuminated, I’m not sure if I should get the white ones or solid red with clear lens

Did you get the black/w white or smoke? They look about the same but the smoke looks like a tinted version

I was thinking about gettin the one with smoke lens white markers but almost every genesis have the spec d. I might get the anzo ones or keeps the oems and do the audi mod.
