Spinning Up a BrushHound FX26

How Much Flow is Your Attachment Rated For?
When talking about mowers for excavators and skid steers, this has to be the question we field most often. And to be honest, there's not really a good answer. Fortunately, there's a great reason for not having good answer. (wait, what?)
We recognize that each excavator and skid steer are a little bit different. Because of this we match the size of the motor in the attachment to the amount of fluid you power unit provides. The concept is pretty simple: As motor size increases, motor speed decreases.
We'd give you the formulas to prove it, but math stinks and nobody wants to see those. THe bottom line is this: let us do the math for you. We know what our target RMP is, and most of the time, we know how much fluid your power unit can provide. That means that no matter what attachment you order, you can feel confident knowing that it's spinning at the proper sped and giving you the best mowing performance.
"But what is I already own a mower and want to put it on a difference power unit?"
Great question. The best thing to do is call us so one of our knowledgeable representatives can assist you. If you have the attachment's serial number and the new power unit model number, we can help.
