I hope some of you found an appropriate level of enjoyment out of this!
Thanks a ton to, "Heidr" ( Source:
English translation this is based off of!
I tried my hardest to make a coherent, syllablely-fitting,
"Transposition" of his translation, and despite how difficult that was, I
found some fun in it.
For the most bit, this adaptation sounds like jibberish-- and I wholly
get that.
Tatsuro used so many long words, it was difficult to adapt it without
using loads of short English words to fill-out the syllable-count in his
Japanese ones.
I tried my hardest, but alas, I cannot provide pristine perfection.
I do hope with the addition of the romaji here, you might be able to
work-out how this is all supposed to sound!
So if any of you had recommendations for a lyrical fix-- or even your
own take on the translation, I'd be ecstatic to hear it!
Admittedly, I haven't asked for Heidr's approval in being allowed to
used their translation, so I personally, have no qualms with anyone
using this adaptation.
If Heidr wants this taken down or discussed for a different approach in
how they're credited-- I'd be more than compliant in these operations!
