The flashback scene from the Amanda Show was the scene when Drake & Josh was born. Some guy went up to Dan Schneider and told him “these 2 guys need their own show” and shortly after, they got it

One of the most emotional endings in TV history. I grew up watching the Amanda Show and Drake and Josh, and I still remember the first time I watched this ending. I just sat there and couldn't believe it was over, and when I saw the clip from the Amanda Show it made me feel a weird mix of happy and sad, I thought it was so awesome that they showed that clip bc I remembered that scene, but I was also so sad to see Drake and Josh go lol. Such a perfect ending!!! 2000s kids had the best childhood hands down no debate 💯

After “Quiet On Set” I rewatched Drake and Josh because I really enjoy dthe show as a kid and am also a survivor of SA. The show is even better as an adult and this ending made me cry.

This is we originally suppose to he The Series Finale of Drake & Josh and if you ask me, this final scene with the Amanda Show Flashback was the perfect way to end it.

When I saw this for the 1st time I had no memory of this being a thing on the Amanda Show but because of how much younger they were in the flashback, my mind still made that connection. Still very funny and a nice way to bring things full circle
