Casey Anthony was acquitted after being found not guilty of murder in the death of her daughter Caylee in 2011. The case was followed intensely around the world. Since then Anthony has remained largely quiet about the trial and her daughter. Now she is speaking out in a new 'Peacock" docuseries.

I can't fathom the fact that a woman who didn't report her daughter missing for 31 days, and when questioned lied to the police about her daughter's whereabouts is found not guilty. Just blows my mind. Unbelievable.

She's furious that the public still remembers what she did. That's the only truth here. That's the only thing she really has emotions about that are real. Sure she's probably convinced herself of her own lies so that she can drum up the tears and appeal to the public's emotions but it doesn't change what she did. All people need to do is look back at what happened, hear all of her lies, hear the sound of her voice being disgusted and annoyed that she was being asked questions about her missing daughter. You can fool some people sometimes, but you can't fool all the people all the time. The receipts and circumstantial evidence is still out there. You can't rewrite that with a new spin that still doesn't make any sense.

Did anyone else notice that when she started to explain what happened, she started with, I don’t remember much but laid out the very rehearsed timeline. Also, she contradicts herself. She says that her dad was holding Caylee in his arms presumably dead. Yet, she states later in the doc series, that up until she heard on the news that they found her remains that she believed Caylee was alive. She is insulting our intelligence!
