Is this at the Organization level or the Project level? Sadly, our company has the Org level locked down.

If I tag someone in the user story text, they will recieve a notification. If I update the user story will they then again recieve a notification?

Hello, my team is only using determined US status and they cannot be other than those in order to properly impact in our metrics (in progress, new, closed)
I'd need more categories in order to better reflect my progress in the US I've been assigned to. Is there any way to classify them and be only displayed for me, without affecting the general view of the US?
