Haha, when this host opened their newest Shipping MEP I obviously couldn't resist with joining with my Misty x Walter AU again, especially with knowing that the filming of Yellowjackets season 3 will wrap up next month! *squeee!!* The MEP's theme was something like couples who sometimes fight and/or have their problems without being abusive
I picked my part 'cause I could work well with the lyrics ("Do you hear my call, is it going through? Do you even know that I'm willing to (...)") (- I was just somewhat lazy and tired during the last few days lol). Suitable for the mentioned "call" we start off with young Misty calling young Walter, which obviously transitions into adult Walter trying to call adult Misty (not sure if this is supposed to be real or symbolic like in the actual show lol just take it as it is). Misty is supposed to be somewhat stubborn and unsure about her love to Walter, who is kinda tease-y but she actually likes him and doesn't want to admit it - just to explain her expression in the clip where she checks her phone for a Walter, unsure if she wants a call from him? (She does!). So yeah, Walter "goes through" to her with his charme and she is smitten, tries to hide it (OG I have to adjust my glasses! Haha yeah yeah!), but they also have one or two quarrels - which I honestly just used for lip-synch lol. I believe Walter is still a bit annoyed that Misty still has her habit of being a bit cold and distant from when they were teens. Then we have the nice then-and-now transition of the couple standing next to eachother I did for a fancy shot and it ends with Walter joining Lottie's beekeeper-cult (to protect Misty), entering with a gun, and Misty being both happy to see him and to see that he "broke the rules" for her. Also, the lyrics say "Do you even know what I'm willing to" which really fits how Walter later literally kills a cop with this gun and frames it on another cop (after luring them there) to protect Misty and her friends.
For transitions I only used simple blendng ones because others weren't suitable and turned the brightness up and of course - since it's my beloved AU - I really like how it turned out!

Okay okay now I'll just keep doing my MEP parts and then probably prepare another Halloween-Special next month!
