I bought a pair of women's shoes for my niece. Requested size 6 4E (extra wide) and the shoes are marked with that size, but the width of the shoes is only regular women's size 6. I've emailed back and forth and they're refusing to refund my money. They want to give me 60% of price paid and I can keep the shoes. What kind of policy is that? They lied about the size of the shoes and now they're refusing to give me a full refund. I don't want the shoes under any circumstances. Just give a full refund as the shoes aren't what they said they would be. YOU CAN'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!
