A tomb and mosque dedicated to Ertuğrul is said to have been built by Osman I at Söğüt, but due to several rebuildings nothing certain can be said about the origin of these structures. The current mausoleum was built by sultan Abdul Hamid II (1842 – 1918) in the late 19th century. The town of Söğüt celebrates an annual festival to the memory of the early Osmans.

The problem is that we assigned as muslim since birth and it is kinda hard to change it. So they count you as muslim even though you are not. At least 15% of Turks are now non religious. Actually there is more, there are people that do not act at all as muslim but they refuse to quit because they are scared and confused what will happen next. We are definitely not like Indonesian people for example, they take this religion thing serious. Only 20% of the population are like that. That is why i believe in 2050 people will not fear to open themselves up and the atheist percentage will be up to 40% at least. Turks are not suitable for Islam. Every time something happens about muslims, the other muslim countries seem to be okay with that but Turks are always like, "This is not the real Islam." It is the real islam you just refuse to see it. But things will change in the future. (I am 100% sure of that) Just like Sweden. You can not force a religion.
