correction, retaliation is a different move all together, you are only able to do that ONCE you have your shield active its a refresh tool and how you triggers it is by parrying early so caesar will get flinch backward then press your special/EX special to follow up, thats retaliation, and it has cooldown its own so you cant spam it
the parry you show on the video is the shield bash after you do your parry which is free if you perfect parry and then follow up with special/EX special

Damn feeling blessed rn. First hoyo game to be generous to me(my HSR luck was horrible), just won my first non-garunteed 50/50 first pull on Caesar yesterday now grabbed her W-engine first pull.👌🏽 Missed out on Ellen and Zhu yuhan cus I started playing during qingyi banner lost 50/50 then grabbed Jane with garunteed but this made up for all the ones I missed out on😊.

I'm running the battlepass engine, 2 piece pen, 2 piece impact, and 2 piece energy regen. I just like to onfield her and know that when I eventually switch to my support/damage they'll enjoy more EX specials as well.

I snagged ceasar in 60 pulls, snagged c6 piper along the way (one of my favorite characters) then spun a 10 pull on the weapon and didnt get it, but also snagged pipers signature. I got my burnice guaranteed, and i i can snag lighter by end of 1.3 assuming he's the 2nd one, or a solid chance otherwise - even assuming 160 pulls for burnice.

Now that billy being an ex gang member is confirmed, im probably building him out too so i can have the full calydon gang for shiyu ❤

As my only stun Koleda has been a main cog in all my teams. Caesar has effectively taken that role while offering upside in shield and buffs. I also got the w engine for Caesar

I've tried normal caesar comps but when i did Caesar Qingyi Anton/Soldier 11, I've cleared content faster than normal comps, pretty neat
