Looks like chemical plant. I remember steam in one here in Jersey. No electric pneumatics explosion proof for unit heaters! First condenser punched tubes on 75 ton Trane! Thanks stay safe😎

Great video!! I've always enjoyed seeing commercial industrial HVAC. My dad did HVAC up until a year before he passed in January of 2020. I helped him on my occasions with residential systems with forced air and hydronic heat, but never on steam, only hydronic hot water.
I have a question about the air handlers that you were showing that you mentioned that they draw in 100% outdoor air, so I'm assuming they are using them as a air makeup unit. Do you know roughly what the temperature rise capability is in general by using steam? I'm going to be doing something very similar for my shop using hydronic hot water on a zone from my boiler feeding a 3 1/2" water to air heat exchanger that will be mounted on the intake side of an inline squirrel cage duct blower (blower in a box) that will be used as an air makeup unit for my finish room in my cabinet shop. My only disadvantage is I will need to add glycol to protect from freezing, and I will only be able to get about 180F water temp from the boiler. Thanks! Scott

I use to work for Schneider Electric and did a lot of building automation service work dealing with controls and monitoring. These service calls are the worst when the customer doesn’t even know their own system. Valves close or boiler on the fritz and they always blame the controls not working correctly.
