Apeks vs SiTech - differences between valves in SANTI dry suits

🇬🇧 Why can’t you use Apeks and SiTech valves interchangeably?
- they are different types
- They have different diameter
- They have different mounting to the dry suit

If you have opted for SiTech valves in the original configuration, an exchange to the APEKS version can be made, unfortunately this is a one-way process.

When placing the order for valves: thermovalves double check the type you have in your drysuit.

SANTI uses 2 thread sizes of valves:
SiTech - 33 mm M33
Apeks - 38 mm M38

🇵🇱 dlaczego nie można używać zaworow Apleks i SiTech naprzemiennie?
- Są inaczej zbudowane
- Mają inną średnicę
- Maja inny sposób instalowania do suchego skafandra

Rozmiar SiTech - 33 mm M33
Rozmiar Apeks - 38 mm M38

If anyone ever watches this and sees this comment, DO NOT put the cap on to keep the heated wire inside of the suit in a specific position.

It is a GREAT way to destroy your cable over time, as you force it to stay in one place and it puts strain on the cable.

Si tech dump valve is the most "plastic" valve. It's the most ugly one to me, I prefer Apeks.
